Everyone will rejoice when you serve the delicious Omaha Steaks Chateau Celebration. This elegant meal for four features a 2-pound Chateaubriand - a roast-sized filet mignon - with all-natural seasoning and mushroom demi-glace. Two 12-ounce packages of roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a pair of 6-ounce packages of asparagus with hollandaise sauce completes the meal. This easy-to-prepare feast serves four.

To prepare first thaw the roast thoroughly for two days in the refrigerators. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and season the roast with cracked pepper and salt or a seasoning from Omaha Steaks. Place the roast in a broiling or roasting pan and roast uncovered for 38 to 40 minutes. Remove from the oven letting it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. The roast can also be grilled for a total cooking time of 30 to 35 minutes. Heat the frozen mushroom demi-glace on the stovetop or in the microwave. The side dishes can also be heated in the microwave or baked in the oven.
