This pan heats up quickly thanks to hard anodized aluminum construction. This material quickly and evenly distributes heat without any pesky hot spots. The interior features a patented Quantanium coating a superior non-stick material that is reinforced with titanium. This medium-size sauce pan has two stainless steel handles: one traditional handle and an additional helper handle to assist with transporting the pot. Both are securely riveted and are designed to stay cool even on the stove. The pan is oven safe up to 500 degrees and for best results hand-wash with non-abrasive materials.
