This press features brushed stainless steel housing and upper and lower non-stick grill plates which cannot be removed but can be wiped clean easily due to their non-stick coating. Use the included cleaning tool as well. Each grill plate measures 12W x 9D inches. The plates open via a floating hinge which accommodates thicker sandwiches without crushing them.
