This durable griddle features heavy cast-aluminum construction and a premium non-stick finish inside and out for easy cleaning. Detach the heat control element and the griddle is completely immersible in water. The 8.5x10.5-inch cooking surface is large enough to hold several servings and the built-in slope and back-stop ledge help drain grease away from the food and into the removable drip tray below. This makes for healthier meals and simple cleanup.
The Presto 07211 Griddle features a protective cool-touch exterior on the front and sides and operates on 1000 watts of heating and cooking power. The Control Master heating element helps maintain proper temperature automatically. One-year manufacturer's warranty included.
