The Delonghi FK6 Deep Fryer Filter Kit includes three charcoal and three white filters for the dual-filtration system utilized by Delonghi deep fryers to prevent vapors and odors from escaping. Each black charcoal filter eliminates the odors while the white filters block the release of oil vapors. Filters need to be replaced when the indicator square changes or when the filter turns brown; this typically occurs after 12 uses. Also included are six paper filters ideal for straining debris from used frying oil.
