The Ergocraft Phantom Executive High Back Chair with Headrest has a generously sized seat and back as well as a headrest for total ergonomic comfort. This high-backed executive office chair has four paddles for multi-function control over the arm height seat height sliding seat movement and even back height. With the headrest the seat back on this chair adjusts from 49-59.5 inches high. It features an up-and-down pivot in-and-out adjustable arms and comes in a variety of material options; it is available with a black leather trim option as well. Choose from a wide selection of arm styles to match your comfort and style needs. The base of this executive office chair comes in the standard black resin though other options are available. Stable casters are standard; optional soft wheel casters offer smooth rolling over any surface. This executive office chair accommodates up to 250 lbs. for a 40-hour workweek or may be converted to accommodate 350 lbs. which is a better option for chairs used more often than the course of a standard workweek. The chair has a molded foam seat and back with optional built-in lumbar support for supreme ergonomic comfort which can help increase productivity.
