This remarkable 3-story front-opening model includes 10 rooms with impressive 10-inch floor-to-ceiling height. Designed to last this durable MDF house boasts sturdy 0.375-inch thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy one-step assembly guaranteed fit and durability. Among its other features are 0.375-inch thick upper floors fancy porch posts and spindles moveable room dividers pre-assembled windows and doors and hand-split octagonal pine wooden shingles for the roof. The detailed staircase with banisters and landing rails reflects the uncompromising craftsmanship that went into the creation of this model adding fanciful form to an already handsome design. Custom hinges and shutters are also included.

This ready-to-assemble model will take approximately 30 hours to assemble and finish. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included.
