Flavorful and delicious the Omaha Steaks Gourmet Burger Buffet is the perfect choice for family and friends. This hearty meal consists of eight 5-ounce gourmet burger patties and eight sweet 2-ounce onion poppyseed buns. Also included are four packages of 8-ounce herb-roasted potato wedges and four packages of 8-ounce sweet yellow/white whole kernel corn medley. This meal serves eight people.

Patties can be prepared either by grilling broiling or pan-frying. To grill or broil after thawing simply cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Do not overcook or the burgers will be dry. Frozen buns should be defrosted in the microwave for two minutes or heated in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes directly on the oven rack. The vegetable side dishes can be heated in either the oven or microwave.
