These four 4.5-ounce hand-rolled sole fillets have been wrapped around a delicately seasoned blend of scallops and crabmeat for a perfect combination of flavors from the sea. This light and delicious meal for four includes a pair of sides. Julienne carrots glazed lightly with maple syrup and whole green beans served with red peppers complement the sole perfectly.

To prepare do not thaw any of the items included. The sole can be either baked uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees in the oven or microwaved for your convenience. Cut a small slit in the center of the film on the trays of green beans and glazed carrots. These can be oven-heated on a baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or microwaved.
