To prepare these fillets first thaw in refrigerator. The halibut and salmon can be brushed with melted butter or olive oil and then broiled grilled baked in the oven or heated on the stovetop in a saute pan depending on your preference. The mahi mahi should be basted with butter and lemon juice and then broiled or grilled for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side although thicker portions may take a bit longer. They are done when the steaks are opaque. These fillets can also be microwaved if you prefer. The swordfish fillets can also be broiled grilled or microwaved. Avoid overcooking.
