They are ideal for grilling or broiling. To prepare first thaw in your refrigerator. Broil or grill by cooking for 3 to 4 minutes per side or cook in a contact grill for three to four minutes total. They can also be baked. Preheat oven to 350 degrees season as desired and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a greased baking dish. To pan-fry place a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side taking care to reduce the heat to medium after flipping. Season as desired and serve.
