The Omaha Steaks Champagne Crab Cakes make a real chef-inspired palate-pleaser. These eight 3-ounce crab cakes are made of extra-large chunks of luscious blue crab meat in a traditional Maryland style. They have been lightly seasoned with green onion lemon breadcrumbs and bell peppers and just a hint of champagne. This dish serves four to six people. To prepare first thaw in your refrigerator. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or oil in a saute pan over a very low temperature. Carefully remove the crab cakes from their packaging place in the pan and saute for approximately 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
