To prepare in either the oven or the microwave do not thaw. First preheat the oven to 350 degrees making a slit in the center of the film. Place the tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack and bake for 45 minutes. At this point pull back the film and stir then bake for an additional 20 minutes. Stir once more prior to serving. To heat in the microwave make a slit in the center of the film and then microwave on high for 7 minutes. Pull back the film and stir before microwaving for an additional 2 minutes.
