Each boneless skinless fillet is expertly selected from fish wild-caught in Australia and New Zealand. For an unforgettable meal pair orange roughy with a glass of Pinot Noir. Roasted in a lively blend of garlic onion parmesan and Romano cheese the potato wedges are a hearty robust complement to the mildness of the roughy. Snappy green beans are drenched in real cream butter sprinkled with onion garlic salt and olive oil and accented with sweet tangy red peppers to create a delightfully flavorful side dish perfect for any night of the week.
