The Omaha Steaks Marinated Salmon Platter makes a flavorful and tasty meal any night of the week. Featuring a centerpiece of four 6-ounce Atlantic salmon fillets that are ocean-fresh boneless and skinless this meal serves four. Each fillet has been marinated in a delicious mixture of olive oil garlic paprika onion pepper and a natural smoke flavor. Include are a pair of sides. Real Idaho Russet roasted garlic mashed potatoes and julienne carrots with a maple syrup glaze complement the salmon perfectly.

To prepare the salmon simply thaw in the refrigerator and remove them from the enclosing plastic wrap. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or grill over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side. They can also be microwaved for your convenience. The vegetable side dishes should not be thawed. Instead microwave or heat in the oven on a baking sheet. Allow to cool before serving.
