To prepare first thaw the ham in your refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Because the ham is fully pre-cooked it is possible to serve directly from the fridge. To roast preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the ham from film and foil and place it cut-side down on a raised-edge baking pan lined with foil. It should be heated uncovered for 60 to 75 minutes for the entire ham or 10 minutes per pound for smaller portions.
