Round up your family for a taste of the delicious Omaha Steaks Baby Back Bar-B-Que. These two tender one-pound smoked pork loin ribs have been pre-cooked and smothered in an irresistible BBQ sauce that is both sweet and tangy. Also included are two mouth-watering sides. Two 8-ounce packages of sweet corn/red bell pepper medley and eight pepper jack risotto cakes perfectly complement the smoky flavor of the ribs. This meal serves four people.

To prepare do not thaw the ribs. These can be cooked in the oven microwave or grill. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and run the sealed package under cold water for 10 seconds to release film. Place the ribs and sauce in pan on the center rack and heat for 60 to 70 minutes. If your preference is for tender meat that falls off the bone instead heat to 350 degrees and place the ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Add 3 tablespoons of water to the foil and wrap tightly crimping the seals. Bake on a baking sheet for 70 to 80 minutes. To grill wrap the ribs in foil with crimped edges and heat on high for 23 to 25 minutes flipping halfway through. The corn and risotto cakes can be heated in the oven or microwave.
