The Independence Grandfather Clock is available with Key West finish on solid American cherry hardwoods and cherry veneers. This is the only Grandfather clock that features God Bless America America the Beautiful and Westminster chimes. The unique progressive strike feature announces each quarter hour with one two or three strokes. This clock also has an hour strike only setting for your convenience. You can silence the chimes with the automatic night silence feature. The gorgeous four-color moon dial shows scenes of historical American life. The split pediment crown is framed with laser cut fretwork and has a hand-carved finial. This clock has beveled side glass which shows the unique pendulum and matched pewter finished weight shells. The hinged side access doors also have beveled glass to allow viewing of the movement. The center design and corners of the dial are acid etched and 24-karat washed as well as the corner spandreled overlays and the center spandrel.
