This playhouse is handcrafted with eco-friendly pressure-treated Maine pine using traditional 2 x 4 construction. Playhouse kit components include exterior wood siding pressure-treated base cedar shingle roof windows dormer porch peep hole and a kid-sized door with handle. All necessary hardware and complete instructions are included for fast easy assembly. The solid pressure-treated base foundation is rated to hold up for 40 years with direct ground contact. The floor in the playhouse is plywood and safe for kids. The exterior is hand-painted in your choice of several vibrant colors with either black or white trim.
