The 18-Inch WHL Catalog Case offers a durable solution to carrying and moving large quantities of files and papers. This case is made of coated vinyl which will keep it looking like new. For stability it has a cold-rolled strip steel frame and protective bumper edge. For those times when you have to carry the case the steel core loop handle is padded.
