LMG-Series Rectangular Grate, part number FD132, is a discontinued product from the 2007–2011 catalog. It was last listed at $89.99.
This grate is made for larger heavy duty fireplaces; perfect for your rustic decor. The bars are 1 in. x 1.25 in. steel rods cut in a diamond shape. This helps your wood to burn better. More wood surface area is exposed because the wood rests on the tips of the diamond shape of each bar. The grate is forged as one entire piece using a superior electro-forging process giving the same strength of the parent metal to the entire piece. The grate dips in the center and the extensions securely cradle the logs. Choose from four widths these grates have the same front and back width measurement. Available in the following sizes:- 24.5 wide X 16 deep with a clearance of 3.75- 28.5 wide X 16 deep with a clearance of 3.75- 36.5 wide X 16 deep with a clearance of 3.75- 42.5 wide X 16 deep with a clearance of 3.75
