The Mansard Assembled Dollhouse will make a charming addition to any child's nursery. Fully assembled and unfinished it's ready to be painted in colors of your choice. The windows doors and most of the trim are lightly attached with a dab of hot glue so they can be easily removed for painting or wallpapering. This four-story dollhouse is constructed from 0.375-inch birch hardwood and cabinet-grade plywood for long-lasting enjoyment. The clapboard siding is pre-milled directly into the exterior walls making it unnecessary to add on separate sheets of clapboard.
