The ranch-style Mary Jo Garden Cottage Assembled Dollhouse is a blend of fine craftsmanship and old-world charm. Fully assembled and unfinished it's ready to be painted in colors of your choice. The windows doors and most of the trim are lightly attached with a dab of hot glue so they can be easily removed for painting or wallpapering. This dollhouse with two rooms is constructed from 0.375-inch birch hardwood and cabinet-grade plywood for long-lasting enjoyment. The clapboard siding is pre-milled directly into the exterior walls making it unnecessary to add on separate sheets of clapboard.
