The 8-inch NordicWare Restaurant Skillet allows you to achieve truly precise and professional-quality results in your own kitchen. Built tough to endure the abuse of professional kitchens this pan is constructed of extra-heavyweight 3004 tempered-aluminum alloy. This alloy conducts heat flawlessly and resists denting and warping. The skillet has been tested and certified for restaurant use by NSF International. It features a triple-riveted forged chrome steel handle with stay-cool removable grips that are safe for oven and broiler use. Tapered sidewalls allow for easy stirring whisking and flipping while a Teflon premium non-stick surface ensures easy release and cleanup. Additionally this skillet is dishwasher- and oven-safe. Ideal for the consummate home chef.
