The Nordic Ware 11 x 11 Texas Griddle is an excellent all-purpose pan that fries sears and sautes with equal ease. Crafted from aluminized steel this griddle's interior features a non-stick coating for easy use and cleaning. Large attractive handles allow for easy portability and added style and a convenient spout allows for easy disposal of grease after cooking. This pan measures 14.5L x 11W x 1.5H inches with handles. Hand-washing the griddle is recommended. The griddle has a 10-year warranty.
