The Swiss Diamond Double-Burner Griddle is an ultra-durable state-of-the-art pan that makes a superb addition to any gourmet kitchen. Crafted from extra-thick commercial pressure-cast aluminum that is guaranteed not to warp this pan features a perfectly flat base that conducts heat quickly and evenly guaranteeing excellent results every time. This large griddle conveniently fits over two burners and is metal utensil dishwasher and oven-safe up to 500 degrees. Additionally this pan features a patented diamond-reinforced non-stick cooking surface that uses real diamonds in a nano-composite that is guaranteed not to crack peel or blister. The Swiss Diamond Griddle is ideal for use on most stovetops including gas electric ceramic and glass. The griddle carries a full lifetime warranty.
