It features a 6-quart liquid capacity and is made from durable stainless steel with a bimetal-clad base for fast even heat distribution. A built-in pressure regulator maintains the proper cooking pressure automatically while a cover-lock indicator shows you at a glance if there is pressure inside. This unit measures 17L x 9H inches; interior measures 8.375Dia x 6.375H inches. Comes complete with a cooking rack and instruction/recipe book and a 12-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
