The Lock & Load Kingpin Adapter plate is designed to be used with the Putnam Hitch inverted fifth wheel. Locks into the underbed Lock & Load gooseneck hitch ball hole to provide fifth wheel towing. The Lock & Load gooseneck system is required for the fifth wheel to work. Solid steel construction.
