Features of the Sharkline Oasis Heavy-duty constructionExtruded aluminum interlocking walls and all-aluminum components make the Oasis one of the strongest pools on the market. Don't worry about bending warping or cracking with this one. All parts are 100% protected against corrosion thanks to their powder-coated enamel finish which not only protects them but also adds a high gloss luster. Even the hardware is made from either stainless steel or aluminum. Includes a rolling rock design unibead liner. This pool is positively impervious to any elements in any season.

You may choose to order this pool with an included cleaning/maintenance package as explained below. There are two different types of filter systems available to choose from cartridge and sand systems.

What's the difference?

Cartridge Filter Systems catch smaller particles than sand systems giving you better water quality. Cartridge systems should be used in areas where you may experience a water restriction; the system doesn't require backwashing after use which takes up many gallons of water and may not be possible in areas under restriction. Cartridge filters are cleaned simply by soaking them in filter cleaner after use or even rinsing them with a hose. Cartridge filters are a more expensive option than sand filters and need replacing every season or two.

Sand Filter Systems are easier to clean. The system is simply backwashed to flush away debris after each use. Sand being an inexpensive material makes these systems less expensive than cartridge systems and the sand only needs replacing every three to four seasons. A sand system when properly maintained will give you excellent water quality and simple easy use.

Both systems include their version (cartridge or sand) of the Sta-Rite Filter System.
