$60.00Last catalog price, September 2007
Catalog description
TeleVue 1.25 Inch 45 Degree Erecting Telescope Prism, part number TVU051, is a discontinued product from the 2007–2011 catalog. It was last listed at $60.00.
While star diagonals correct a refractor's inverted image they don't correct the left-right orientation. For terrestrial viewing choose an erecting prism to achieve a natural view. Note that due to the path length of this prism it can't be used with Barlows or Powermate™ amplifiers. Not for use with Bino Vue due to weight limitations.
The 45-degree Erecting Prism works best at moderate magnifications. It can accept 1-1/4 eyepieces.
