Springs beneath the seat cushion are made from 8-gauge steel and are inter-connected by 16-gauge wire resulting in a durable bounce that won't sag over time. Each cushion is weighed for uniformity and stuffed with 1.8 density furniture foam then wrapped in 1.25-inch Dacron wrap to protect against wear and tear. This high-quality chair is made from a kiln-dried wooden frame. Individual pieces are manufactured and then bolted together to result in a durable piece that lasts. Carved wooden legs with a dark finish bow outwards and give the chair a traditional look. The upholstery is 100 percent polyester with a smooth texture and a neutral pinstripe design that blends nicely with any decor.
