Thin straight spindles topped with gently curved arches joined by detailed floral castings give the Woodley Canopy Daybed a delicate grace. Available in a variety of hand-applied layered finishes. Made of heavy-gauge iron meticulously welded together by exacting craftsmen decoratively cast by hand-pouring technique. The daybed is then baked at extremely high temperatures in specialty ovens to produce a PowerBond finish - rich and superbly durable. The Woodley Daybed also features a slatted steel frame which supports the mattress. No link spring is required. It also carries a limited lifetime warrantyA trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com optional trundle packages include a metal pop-up style trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin size daybed into a king size bed.

Creating a king size bed out of a daybed and a pop-up trundle is easy and with the Create-A-King mattress connector it will be so comfortable you'll never know it comprises two twin mattresses. The Create-A-King isn't necessary for the tranformation but is an excellent way to cover the seam between the two twin mattresses. The Create-A-King mattress connector is available for purchase in the shopping cart.
