The standard base is black resin though other options are available. It comes complete with durable casters and optional smooth-rolling wheel casters are available. This office chair holds up to 250-lbs. which is fine for 40-hour week use. It can be converted to accommodate 350 lbs. which is a better option for chairs used more often than the course of a standard workweek.
