Only 85 of these aircraft were ever built as the end of the war halted all production. Thirty-six entered service near the end of World War I and even with an underpowered engine it was still a good fighter. Dubbed the Flying Razor by Allied pilots it had the distinction of scoring the last aerial victory of the war.
