The generous 1.5-cubic-foot (42-liter) 1700-watt oven can rotisserie-cook a whole 20-pound turkey accommodate a standard half-sheet baking pan and much more. Non-stick-coated for effortless cleanup Haier's unique continuous clean interior dissolves soil and debris during high-temperature oven use.Three powerful convection heating elements work in conjunction with an array of practical functions to create consistently delicious home-cooked meals. During convection cooking a fan continuously circulates air around the oven interior resulting in food that is more evenly and efficiently cooked. The chrome-plated interior rack is reversible allowing you to prepare food at variable distances from the heating elements. Roast bake slow cook rotisserie broil or defrost with a quick turn of the six-setting dial. The adjustable temperature dial can be set up to 450 degrees and the timer dial can be programmed to cook for up to two hours or set to Stay-On mode. When the set cook time is reached a chime will sound to alert you that your food is ready and the heating elements will shut off. In Stay-On mode the oven will continue to operate until the dial is manually moved to the Off position.
