During high-temperature oven use Haier's unique continuous clean interior dissolves food spills and debris - no mess no fuss.Heating elements at the top bottom and back of the oven work together for even efficient convection cooking. A fan continuously circulates air around the oven interior during convection cooking resulting in food that is cooked quickly and more thoroughly than food cooked in a traditional oven. The six-setting cook function dial is set between the temperature dial (adjustable up to 450 degrees) and the timer dial which can be operated in countdown (up to two hours) or Stay-On mode. In Stay-On mode the oven will continue to operate until the dial is manually moved to the Off position. When the set cook time is reached a chime will sound to alert you that your food is ready and the heating elements will shut off.A heavy-duty enamel-coated pan is included for use as a baking pan broiling pan or cookie sheet.
