The Lodge Deep Fry Thermometer is a tool that provides a quick and easy way to check the temperature of your frying oil. The thermometer's scale ranges from 100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit covering all of the common temperature range for deep fryers. A red sliding marker lets you set your desired temperature for a visual reference point. This thermometer is not dishwasher-safe and should be hand-washed only.
