The Presto 05466-ST Deep Fryer - Digital ProFry is a restaurant-quality deep fryer in a convenient at-home size. This fryer features a digital control and display with an adjustable thermostat and countdown timer. The 1800-watt immersion element provides quick pre-heating and fast oil temperature recovery for perfect frying every time. Included are two oblong-shaped fry baskets that are ideal for holding large pieces of chicken or fish. The cover with filter helps to reduce splattering. When the cooking is done the heating element and enameled cooking pot are removable for easy cleaning with hot soapy water. This unit is finished in a deluxe stainless steel housing and features a one-year manufacturer's warranty. 120 volts AC/1800 watts.
