The Providence Metal Daybed by Hillsdale is a stunning antique bronze finished mission style glory. This daybed is truly beautiful and will provide years of enjoyment. This daybed is somewhat traditional in its use of the mission style but the varying heights of back and sides sleek lines and straight lines make it very contemporary. Arm height: 37 inches. Clearance underneath the bed is 14-16 depending on the alignment holes used. The clearance is large enough to store the optional trundle underneath. Daybed support system is included. The recommended weight for either the support system or optional trundle is 200-250lbs. Some assembly required. Add a daybed cover for a crisp clean look any time. *Note: Trundle and Mattress are both optional and not included with basic set. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin size daybed into a king size bed.Optional mattress is the Deluxe Medium Support Twin Mattress. Crafted with multiple layers of resilient foam filling the Deluxe Medium Support Twin Mattress will provide outstanding comfort and medium-firm support for any twin-size bed or daybed. Machine tufting and high-performance 2.0 density foam help retain the mattress shape and double layers of polyester on top and bottom provide a clean crisp look. Strong twill fabric holds the tuft of the mattress while tape edge finishing ensures a proper fit and finish of the mattress cover. The mattress measures 75L x 39W x 8H inches and carries a 10-year warranty.Creating a king size bed out of a daybed and a pop-up trundle is easy and with the Create-A-King mattress connector it will be so comfortable you'll never know it comprises two twin mattresses. The Create-A-King isn't necessary for the tranformation but is an excellent way to cover the seam between the two twin mattresses.
