The wood chopper moves on the hour. Each wooden shingle is individually hand-laid. The time is displayed by easy-to-read hands and dial. Precision timing mechanics keep the happy cuckoo bird on schedule and the quartz operation can play your choice of 12 melodies. The nighttime silence feature is conveniently located on the side or bottom of the housing. The assembly measures 10 inches.
