Catalog description
T-28 Trojan Model Airplane, part number UHC055, is a discontinued product from the 2007–2011 catalog. It was last listed at $89.99.
The Navy and the Air Force both used the T-28A Trojan as a basic trainer. It replaced the T-6 Texan in the 1950s and saw action in Vietnam. The T-28 eventually proved to be an effective close air support weapon against enemy ground forces. When production ended in 1957 a total of 1948 of these three versions had been built. Hand-finished and carved from solid mahogany the T-28 adds class to your aircraft collection. Painstakingly re-created this replica will bring enjoyment for years to come. Display your model on the attractive wooden stand for the perfect addition to your collection.
