Each one of these Hand Painted Butterfly Bird Bath Sets is artist-signed and dated. Every piece is hand-painted with a soft water color look unique to the individual artists making each piece rare and lovely art. Each series celebrates one of the garden's neighbors and depicts them and their healthy habitat in rich and detailed color. They're sure to attract a bevy of birds for a quick dip. Constructed from sturdy ceramic these pieces are built to last. This bird bath has a bowl depth of 3 inches; however the ideal bathing depth for birds is 1.5 to 2 inches. You can simply fill the bath with 1.5 to 2 inches of water or you can take the decorative approach and use polished stones or similar items to raise the level water level while keeping the bird safe. The base of the pedestal is roughly 10 inches in diameter providing weight and stability. Made in the USA.
