The Omaha Steaks Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry is a tangy and delicious meal for two. Tender strip loin pieces have been simmered in a sweet teriyaki sauce that renders them irresistible. Also included are a variety of stir-fry vegetables and a package of fluffy long grain white rice both of which complement the strips perfectly.

To prepare first thaw the strip loin pieces overnight in the refrigerator. Microwave the frozen rice on high for 3 to 4 minutes then peel back the film stir and microwave for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Next heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a saute pan or wok on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the thawed beef to the pan and saute for 30 seconds before adding the frozen vegetables and covering. Stir-fry for several minutes and stir frequently. Finally combine contents of the seasoning packet to half a cup of water mix well and add this sauce to the pan. Plate the white rice and top with beef-and-vegetable mixture.
