Embedded heating elements in the top and bottom quickly and thoroughly cook food cooking both sides simultaneously for fast and even results. The clamshell-style sloped lid of the grill closes with a floating hinge which accommodates even thick cuts of steak or chicken.

This grill features a ridged interior surface which gives you the perfect grill marks you love on your food - but with less fat! Thanks to built-in run-off channels grease moves away from your food and is collected in the removable drip tray to help reduce your fat intake and make your food taste better. A non-stick coating makes for simple food release and no-scrub clean-up.
